I tried a new smoothie last week. (I'm into smoothies.) It is a dare for you to try something new. This smoothie may just be for you experienced smoothie drinkers. Here are the ingredients:
Get Your Greens Smoothie
1 1/2 c. plain milk, rice milk, whatever
1 1/2 c. packed baby spinach (that's right!)
1 1/2 c. frozen cherries or berries (partial to the cherries, they are really sweet)
Combine all in blender and puree until smooth.
